Some time may need to switch other watch face and switch back this watch face to get that message.
Please long press on the watch face, select Customize/Complicaition to ensure full permission for the watch face.
Keep the watch on your wrist and tap heart rate area and wait a moment and for the heart rate monitor to work and display (this may take some time).+ 5 app shortcuts:- 4 shortcuts are set by default: Music (1), Alarm(2), Phone (3), Settings(4)- 1 custom app shortcuts: (5) - set in Customize/Complication- Full AOD mode.*** NOTE: Please just select your watch to Install watchface.
